I have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ that's still new in box (from AMD as a RMA; they replaced it). And, I just bought an AMD 3700+ from Newegg.com for the same PC. I am selling because I am just going to scrap my old custom built desktop (hard drive issues). Both CPU's comes with the boxes, manuals, heatsinks, etc. just like they were new.
