SOLD!!!

Unit is in perfect working order. I am the 2nd owner. It comes with the complete radio, wire harness and manual. I do not have the box or remote. But a remote can be had off eBay for $15 or so.

Unit has very minor scratches on the face that is typical of a used unit. Nothing major. You can see them in the photo.

Otherwise everything else is perfect. Asking $300 shipped and insured. You can reference ghart999 on ebay for references. Paypal prefered to gregghart@comcast.net

I agree, i've had offers of 325 shipped on mine and I don't want to sell it that cheap, i've heard of people asking 400 for these decks used and in mint condition

Alright, you're right it is a fair price I'm just being dumb... I've wanted one of these since they were new, when I first started working at this stereo shop. They sold the last one they had in stock before I got around to buying one though, so I never got one.

Either e-mail me some pictures of the unit out of the car with my name on a piece of paper or something, or post them on the forum please. If everything works out I'll pick it up from you. Do you have references or accounts on any other online forums?

As a matter of fact, if I didn't just buy my cda-7998 I'd probably buy this one.

free bump for an awesome deck!!!! it's pretty rare also to find these decks. I love mine so much that i dont think i will part with it until i find another one that can match up to the performance the 9835 has to offer. Like what matt and blados said, this is a great deal. So congrats to whoever buys it!

Hey there. I can take pics tonight and email them to you. I don't have it out of the car yet. But I can take a pic with me holding a sign with your name on it, next to the deck. Is that cool?

For online refs check clubgp.com under the same userid. I have accounts at all the audio forums under the same name as well. But I have sold very little and do not know if I have any refs. Lastly is eBay where I have 99% positive feedback on over 100 transactions under the same userid.

I will post the pic late tonight around 10pm MST which is when I get home from work this evening.

I will post right away this evening. I would just rather not take it out until a sale is made. I hate to be w/out tunes since I have a 2hr a day commute. I will literally pull it out the day you pay and mail the next day.

You can consider the sale made... I'm going to buy the deck since it appears to be in the shape you say it is in, and it not having the remote isn't too big of a deal for me I think I have a couple lying around here at work. I hope the harness is in at least good enough shape to still be useable after you take it out, otherwise I will have to special order one. I'm ready to move on a deck though, I've been trying to decide on the DRZ9255, another Pioneer 880PRS or the new Alpine line and a 9835 is what I want, I've wanted one since the 7998 went out of production.

This is nothing against you, but I think you can understand with the amount of scamming that goes on at this site that I would rather see my product in a box ready to be shipped to me before sending payment via paypal.

PS if you need a temporary deck I have a random sony lying around in my tool box...
