if you know of a powerbass pr-12

i traded my pr-12 for this, i liked how it sounded better. and it fit in smaller places for my small car

powerbass xtreme xs series, 10" L7, this thing moves a rediculous amount... i tested it at 24 hz with 20w rms to see the movement and it stretched the huge surround all the way

Well I have owned the 800 series, and they are quite loud drivers. I would definently compare them to a L7.

id have to check the manual but i believe itll do damage in a .5-.7 cubic foot sealed

obviously you'd need more power though..
