This worked fine, before I took it out. The model is: AZ-450w. It supports AMD Athlon and Intel P4. The sticker also says ATX12v/ATX 2.03. Not sure how much to ask so I will say $15 Shipped? It is a little dusty, but I will clean it. Would like to get rid of it ASAP.
