in excellent condition. I haven't even taken off the factory shield on the screen, I did cut it at the bottom of the screen though so I could use the home button. Very minor scratches on the back.
iPod is unregistered and nonpersonalized.

Catch: I am leaving for a 10 day trip to Europe tomorrow (5/22) and need the cash to carry around. I won't be able to ship it until I get back (6/2), but I would like to have payment before I leave tomorrow (3pm) so I can have cash. iPod will be formatted before shipping. I return 6/2 and the iPod will be shipped Friday 6/3, via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. I will also include a small extra gift as well.
