FS: 3.0 ghz Pentium 4 CPU & 512 mb Crucial Ram

I am looking to build a new computer, and since I can't use the ram with the new build I will let it go with the CPU. The CPU comes with the heatsink fan. I will look for the original box. The Ram is 512 mb, ddr400, 184 pin, pc 3200,and since it is Crucial, it has a lifetime warranty, which is why I bought it. Great combo, just looking to get something different right now.

Looking to get $70 for the combo. I will get pictures if requested.

Is that a Northwood or Prescott P4? (You can tell by the FSB... Northwood = 533MHz) IIRC

I would be interested in the CPU if it was 533MHz FSB (can't use Prescott).
