FS: 2 XBox 360 Games

I don't know if anyone will buy these cause of my low post count but worth a try. I have 2 brand new, never played Xbox 360 games. They are Dead Or Alive 4 and Rumble Roses XX. I bought both 2 weeks ago as I was going to get an Xbox 360 2 days ago but I got my car back. So now I gotta pay for that.

I just opened to take pictures of the manual and disc.

I'm asking $45 shipped each or $80 shipped for the two.

And I don't have any refs.
