Sorry to say but the amp pictured is a 16v version. All that means is it's designed to run from 10v-16v. The 12v version has 8 extra large capacitors and was designed for competition spl use for more power under 14v. But either way this is a great amp at a great price. I'll be selling my two 16v versions for the same price once you sell yours. Good luck with sale.

I got confirmation last night that these are the 16 volt amps not the 12 volt that I need. I also have a pm on here where I specifically ask if they are 12 volt and again and again I got the same reply "they are 12 volt". I am in StreetMax and cannot use the amps, and with less than 6 weeks until Finals I need my money back asap so I can get other amps.
