Better the Kickers...assume you mean L7s. Ive only heard L7s in ported SPL-leaning enclosures. I know in the proper alignment, L7s are supposed to have killer SQ as well, but I would say on the general part, given proper wattage to both....L7s barely over the SXs in SPL....SXs owning in SQ

These are pretty much the perfect daily driver woofers imho. They are great all around, have really good SQ (not like SE worthy..but good), and when ported, these things really really bite ya. My friend and I have run 2 Lethal Injections 12s next to these and a single SX15...it still got much louder then the LIs. (we didnt meter, but in the same car, same tracks, volume etc....)

hmm ok last time i talked to re the SX was 215 for a 12'' and like 295 for 15''..but hey im in vegas and dont know a thing.....
