Understandable, If it makes you feel any better infinity comes with a 3 year warranty so maybe they are built to last? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I just tested them yesterday with my JL Audio 300/2. They both work and look really good for their age. They were not abused, nor ran with an amp with a full gain setting. I understand your concern though. Let me know.
