Sometimes people will take the serial numbers and contact the local PD that's listed in your location to make sure the items aren't stolen. Receiving stolen property across state lines "knowingly" or "unknowingly" can create issues for the buyer. You could post up a copy of the receipt perhaps to ease the fear of a potential buyer perhaps...bump for a good projector.
