Sold FS: 2 12" Resonant Engineering XXX's D2

Up for sale today are 2 Resonant Engineering XXX 12" Subwoofers (2005 edition). One is about 4-5 months old, the other one is over a year. They have each been powered with about 1400 watts a piece in my car. Neither are cosmetically perfect, but both work great. I'm asking $275 + s/h PER WOOFER or I can do local pick-up anywhere between the Bay Area and the OC in California. I really want to trade for a high-power (2.5K RMS @ 1 ohm and up) amplifier. Here are some pics, one has a line in the cone and the other has a part of the surround that is scuffed (but not torn):

A picture of the subs in the box. I realize they are upside down, I just somehow flipped the box over the wrong way and have been too lazy to fix it. God my car is dirty.

The creases in the one woofer. Other then these, the woofer is cosmetically perfect.

A view of the first woofer. The scuff marks are just dirt and I'll remove them before I ship these out. Just didn't have time to do it before taking pics.

The scuffed surround. It has been playing like that for several months now without the scuff, so it is purely cosmetic. It won't affect the performance of the woofer at all. IT IS NOT TORN, nor is it even close to being torn.

A view of the second woofer. Once again, those brown scuff marks will all come off.

Really, these are in pretty good shape. They would look a lot better after some cleaning.
