FS: 1980 Harley Sportster Iron Head, 1000 cc.

Hey there, I have a 1980 Harley Sportster that I am considering selling. It has the Iron Head 1000 cc motor, 4 sp., Brand new battery for the season, lots of chrome dress up, chrome pipes, S&S carb with chrome air cleaner cover, Chameleon custom paint, goes from purple to green, just over 2600 miles on it today, maybe 2700 by tomorrow, lol. Electric starter, also have a set of saddle bags that will go with it(not in the pics), its getting between 42-45 mpg!! I am asking $5,000 obo. I'd keep it. Harley's are dropping in value now that they are sold a dime per dozen. Dealerships are everywhere now, so harleys from '03 and up arent holding value like the old ones.

Just checked mileage today I got 48 mpg! Could be a great ride and money saver for someone!

Nope its good to go. Thing is pretty awesome. Only Harley I have owned and from other harley owners, they said I got a really good bike! It is very reliable, heck I rode it 150 miles on Tuesday!
