free video hosting

Hey guys, im trying to get this video from a friend of his nitro r/c car, and its 45 minutes long and my email wont accept it. So im telling him to host it somewhere, but i dont know any good sites that will let him host a 40+ minute video. So if any of you could help me out id appreciate it. He even took it down to an 11 mb file and put it in a compressed folder and my email wont accept it.
