Some say that was necessary in order to prevent another depression. I don't agree with the amount spent, but at least there was a genuine purpose for it; saving the country. Much better to go into debt for that then for what most would consider a "pointless" war in Iraq.

The truth is the public is so hungry for a conservative biased news channel that they'd watch monkeys do the news, if it had a conservative bias. And, FOX news is almost that, monkeys. The amount of bias is dependent on your perspective. Extreme liberals think CNN shows no bias.

And Im sorry, but they are ALL out for financial gain. If FOX news wasn't, they wouldn't bother touting their poll numbers. After all, right is right, and does not need to be validated by poll numbers. And, by way of their bias, FOX News is out for financial gain by OPPOSING the Obama support, just as they were out for financial gain by supporting the Bush administration for 8 years. You cannot claim FOX News alone is unbiased and non-profit, that thought process simply shows your own personal bias.

The media would gain alot of respect from me if they would just come out, each channel and program, and admit their bias, either liberal or conservative, rather than all of them clamoring around claiming they alone are the unbiased news outlet. Any organization owned by, operated by and controlled by humans, WILL be biased. Anything else is a lie.
