four ROCKFORD he2 subs and powering them

It's not a good idea to mix sub sizes (unless in separate chambers). ALso, the subs might have a cancelling efect. If your 12" subs did, say 25Hz~60Hz, and the 10"s played 60Hz~100Hz, that might work...

but then, the 12"s should have no problem playing 100Hz tones. How about rid the pair of 10"s and get another HE to make it three?

Also, HE2's have different models. Some are dual 2, others are dual 4. A specific model number will be needed to know if they can be pushed by the JBL's...

 
The least I would do is get a separat amp for the 10's and one for the 12's. I'm not a fan of mixing subs, I'd get a third or even fourth 12. I'm quite happy with my three....for now.
