Hey errybody haven't really had any thing to discuss in a while but I'm probably going to buy my first fosgate sub ever I have always been interested in the t series woofers and am gunna hop on this 10 only 100 bucks. I know there not great and I know people are going to hate. I just want to know how sq oriented this sub will be I'll be running it at 500 rms@4 ohms on an OLD SCHOOL zx500 v.2 prob go with 1.5^3 tuned to 30hz.

I had 2 10's in a sealed box. They were actually pretty nice. Not bad speakers at all. People like to hate on everything mainstream. If it's not bought from a catalog or re branded it can't be good? People bag on them for the price, that's why they get hated on. I'm sure you'll like it.

I really do like it Actually. I'm building a box for it now guy had it in a prefab ported and I just hooked it up and it actually sounds quite nice with descent output. Boomy as hell from the pre fab but I can fix that

People don't like them because they are weak, overweight soft parts, janky cover ups to make up for lacking hard parts. No excursion... Has nothing to do with being mainstream

Not sure what the specs are on them. But if it is 20 mm that bests an sa's 19mm. Another sub par driver right? Magnet is a decent 3" coil dual slug. It doesn't have a motor cover.... it's an integrated basket. Spiders, coil are pretty standard weight wise.

Specs don't lie. What are they like 20mm of excurrsion? How heavy are the soft parts, how much power can they take to move them? If you take off the motor cover how small is it?
What do you mean specs don't lie, have you looked at the Specs? They look pretty good to me. The sub sounds good to me also. It has good output and good sound quality. Seems like its a descenlty built sub to me. Anyways you have no input on my question just trolling ( only thing I see you do on this site)

It is a great sub for $100, or even maybe $175 new , but for $300+ brand new for a 10" subwoofer with a 100oz motor assembly, 16mm xmax , 83db eff.,that uses good spiders with a junk china 3" VC that yields a driver that is incredibly inefficient and a poor value @ there new in box price point

But a $100 for 1 Lnib is a good value
