We ban scammers here not shitty sellers from what I've seen. I would not buy from him again even though I did get my amp.

Is he a scammer, no. Is he a shitty seller when it comes to delivery/refunds after taking people's money...definately

But on the contrary, something could be setup where he would have to ship first. This may be too much of a pain in the *** though.

Either way, with all the drama and huge amounts of money being thrown around, i dont think he should be able to continue to have regular sales.

I say no. He has burned to many people. And has to much going on in his life to be a reliable seller on here. When he dose sell something there are always issues and takes for ever to ship if he even ships at all.

No, his track record speaks for itself, his original name was banned for a reason. This isn't the first time this has happened (either here or on Termpro) and I highly doubt it will be the last.

I think yes, but he should have to ship first. Or have all money go through a mod who doesn't pass it on to TSGP until the buyer confirms the item has been recieved and everything is good. Idk if thats realistic, but just throwin ideas out

people who want to or would buy from him should be able to and know they are taking a chance.

ive had 1 bad deal with him that worked out for the best and 1 after that which was very smooth.

sure justin has problems with following through as a seller sometimes at the same time he also has a lot of deals that have gone well for cheap as hell prices on nice stuff.

if justin is banned from selling there are a LOT of other members that should also not be allowed to sell anymore. people who take weeks to ship, provide no communication after they have the $, package items like shit, thats just some examples.

would be a hell of a lot of work for the mods and goob to make sure all the shady sellers cant sell anymore.
