How many of you have actually found a test bank for one of your classes online? I just found one for my classes randomly while searching for something on the interweb...just wondering how often this happens.

last semester actually... for the most parts our teachers make new tests every year, and give us some old tests and solutions to study from. well i had one professor last year (fvcking cvnt) who gave wicked hard exams we were all bombing, so we went looking for possibly another teacher that taught the class to see if they maybe had anything we could study from. well a few years ago our school went from a system where every class had a website (school.edu/course#) something like that, to a new system everyone logs into where information is posted. well we looked at the old class website, found it was the same teachers from 5 years ago. now after every exam, they post the solutions so we can see what we did wrong. exam 1 and 2 were already done with, looked at them, almost the same exams as this years. so shit, we studied the hell outta exam 3 from that year. sure enough the lazy **** gives us the SAME EXAM with only one question being changed. question changed was from that years final.... meaning after going over all the old exams, anything different from that year was just a swap between a final question/that exam question... meaning we COULDA also had the final except we got caught. the average on the exam was like a 55-60%. it was an hour and 20 minute exam, about 8-10 of us new about the website. we all coulda left the exam within about 6 minutes but we hung out so it didnt look too obvious. the questions were so hard that she knew even the 10 of us couldnt have known the answers (in a class of probably 180 kids). so she ended up throwing out the exam grades for the whole class (last week of classes). threatened to make the whole class retake a new exam but everything threw shit in her face and there wasnt a **** thing she could do about it it was public information on her own website. after a big long fight she ended up having to grade the exams and count them (even ours) but made the exam worth less, and made our final worth more. and of course as payback she gave us a fvcking IMPOSSIBLE final. what used to be a 15 question calculator test became a 60 question no calculator all variables test. it was worth a try, at least there wasnt a **** thing she could do to get us in trouble

i don't even know where to look for a test bank.....i go to such a small college that there probably wouldn't be much info out there anyway. I should have actually joined a fraternity so that I would have access to the test files they keep

I usually get old exams from the professors. I recently did poorly on my first exam in an evolutionaly bio class and went to the professor. He showed me where he gets his "similar" questions from. It is a huge bank provided by the text book. Lots of these text book companies provide these for the instructors as an option to use during tests. I won't do bad as long as I study that sites practice exams.

Everything else was either essays or presentations.

I found the exact material for my computer science class assignment for assignment. Was nice. Other than that never seen tests....

Usually the ones I find are for classes that are basic Gen Ed's. Nothing really of any use these days.
