alrighty i just got my hands on a brutus 1500d and i keep coming across sketchy info on it. it has 2 channels but every website gives out info only into one channel. other sites say the amp is unbrigeable but the former owner said he had his bridged... the hifonics website has specs for a bx1505 is that the same as what i have? sorry for the stupid questions

it has 2 outputs for ease of wiring. the guy you bought it from said he had it bridged?
LOL, basicaly instead of running the wires to your box to wire 2 subs in parallel you can use the 2 terminals and just hook them up. It would be like hooking up 2 subs to one terminal which can be a right fit with large wire.... If he thoguht it was bridged from using the neg in one and the positive in the other it would have made no difference.
