I was the original owner of these, so I can help with some background...

They are around a year and half old, user for maybe 4 months of that time. They were not abused, they are 500w RMS but can handle way more, I have heard people running 1000w on them daily. I had 600w going to them for about 2 months, until I got rid of them. They are extremely loud subs... Give them a nice amount of room and port area and they will slam.
