Have you tried posting on toyota forums? in the 4runner section might have better chance...

I tried joining the forum twice and they will not send me a confirm email so I cant get on.

Whats the idle amps? 250amps at what rpm?

I would guess it 250 at around 2200rpms. Nathan told me idle was something like 140-150 i beleive but I am not 100% sure
