the nine.1 can easily push a wide variety of subwoofers out there.

specs are:

RMS Power @ 12.5v : 1200 x 1 @ 1Ohm

900 x 1 @ 2Ohm, 450 x 1 @4Ohm

notice that rating is @ 12.5v

This iDQ is a great sounding sub. known for it's sound quality, the idq line is my favorite, especially the 15"s.

will do well in a 1.6 cuft sealed or ~2.5cuft ported.

how the efficency on this thing? from what i heard it's pulls a good amount? think i could run this on a stock electrical? 115a alternator and big 3?

stock electrical would be fine, especially w/ the big 3 done. My brother ran this thing with no problem with his dinky stock acura tsx electrical.

generally, yes. I believe there are some v.2s that are colorless, but most are colored.

I have both available. It's really difficult to tell the difference in sound between the two.

Ah ok, thanks man. I was asking because I have an IDQ15 sitting here, but the sticker off the magnet has long been lost so I just randomly guessed it was a v1, but it has the colored logo on it, so I guess it's actually a v2. Thanks for the info.
