Price is each. New 2.3GHz are 1799 plus tax without warranty (349.99) and 16GB RAM (100.00). High Res anti glare option is another 100. These are the 2.4GHz's and for example the high res direct from apple as setup above would be $2,498.00 without tax ~150.00 here in Iowa for a grand total of 2,647.88. And that is with only 8GB of ram from apple. So yeah 1,000 dollars off that seems fine with me.
