I've tried... I actually live in Cincinnati, but my family lives up north. So driving to Indiana to Manley's isn't too much of a trip. So needless to say everytime I go home I load up on steaks, sausage, pork chops, bacon, and various other slabs of heart attack.

Red potato's quartered and roasted with olive oil and herbs, spicy ground sausage, and a chunky four cheese tomato sauce...

Penne Pasta with chicken in a spicy tomato cream sauce...

I had to have a litle of each...

With some toasted sourdough bread and a little oil and balsamic...

Local places are where I get my meat, cheeses, some veggies.
