It's been hell this week, especially with the driving back n forth, gas is $3.32, and the only car I have is my Bronco, which gives me 8mpg lol (351ci); waiting for the insurance to come by and check the car out, they said they would call this week, no call yet; So the dudes wife calls (dude that hit me) and she tells me that she doesn;t think that their insurance will cover the cars damage n shit right, then she tells me that she's willing to pay my medical and car expenses:crazy:, so I'm just like,//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hilarious.gif.02a037aad04aa96f19982b298a3d70a8.gif riiiiight, and she keeps on with this I'm sorry bullshit. What I'm thinking was that, she wanted me to accept the offer and pwn my *** there cuz they were recording the convo I think lol, or their afraid that I might sue them....

If there was a police report made then it won't matter what happens from here on in.

Whenever it is time for your car insurance to renew your insurance company runs a new MVR (motor vehicle report....at least it is what it is called in Louisiana ~ different states may use different terms but hopefully you get what I'm saying) on you.

This tells your insurance company whether or not your driving record has changed significantly (if at all) since the last report they ran on you and consequently tells them if you have become eligible for any of their discounts, assuming they offer any, or whether or not they need to raise your rates because you drive like shit, etc etc etc.

If there was a police report filed on the accident at all it will show up when the insurance company goes to run your latest driving record update.

Syko's pet idiot has no way of avoiding that at this stage excepting if his state offers a defensive driving course specifically for the intent of keeping such things off of your permanent MVR.

i had basically the same thing happen to me and a friend of mine who got her car totalled, the guy said he blacked out, hit my car in my driveway bounced off of my car and hit her car, the guy didn't have insurance because the car wasn't his, but the owner of the car his insurance was not going to pay my friend what was owed to her, she had a brand new car and they were gonna give her i think 11 grand when it was worth over 15, so all she said was ok you will hear from my lawyer and they paid right up.
