07 Kicker cvr 15". Itll be going in a single box. I have another one but I really dont wanna put 2 subs in the car because it takes soooo much trunk space. A sony xplod 1000 watt amp will be pushing it. (Can anyone recomend me a better amp to push this one sub?) 200 dollar price range. Also an alpine headunit will be used. Its going into a 2004 explorer. My first car. 8 gauge Rockford Fosgate wiring kit is already hooked up. Im just waiting like 3 weeks til I put it in because my mom got mad at me the last time I put the dual box in the car haha. Heres some pics of the sub/headunit/car. Tell me what you think.

I would recommend this amplifier for your 15" subwoofer.

It has two channels and will power your subwoofer with !200! watts worth of power!! And you can use the other channel of the amplifier to power your right door speakers. It'll sound uber.

go for the kicker 400.1 amp. it will run that CVR nicely. ive had both and they cope well.
