man i hate it when i work out a deal with someone,and 2 seconds later its gone,or sold locally or got a better offer all the sudden!

its happened a few times in the last 2 days!!

i want to be able to hold successful transactions in the future here, i've lost quite a bit of money just to make things right, just to keep a good reputation.
