He was the 16 y/o son of the family the child was left with to care for. So who in this family who is suppose to be watching the baby left it with their irresponsible 16 y/o son? The teen isn't the only one who should have gotten busted. Some adult made a very bad decision as well.

when i was 13, my mom didn't trust me for s**t. i was a bad a$$ in those day. one thing she new she could trust me with was my baby sister. she alway knew that there wasn't gonna be any problem. when i was that age, i didn't care about s**t except my baby sis!
