Here is info for Courtney Halowell " Tito" Benefit Car and Truck Show. We are currently looking for sponsors, vendors and raffle items to help raise money for the family of Courtney Halowell. A dear friend of mine passed away on July 21st 2011. His
name was Courtney "Tito" Halowell. He passed away at the young age of 42.
He was an inspiration to thousands of custom car, truck, street rod and
bike enthusiast throughout our country. Courtney was the editor of many
custom car, truck, street rod and bike publications, such as Truckin, Mini
Truckin, Street Trucks, Hot Bike, Street Chopper, World of Rods, Trucks,
and most recently he was the editor of Drive Magazine. His passing has
taken us all by surprise including his girlfriend and family.
Unfortunately, he did not prepare financially for his life to end at such
an early age.
We are putting together a car and truck show to raise money for
Courtney's family to help cover their unexpected expenses. We already
have commitments from people traveling from all over the area.
Myself, Mike Barcia, and close friend, Chuck Scheer, were very good
friends with Courtney and feel compelled to helping Courtney's loved ones
he has left behind.
