Having difficulties. Looking for some sort (preferably alpine) of head unit with a fold out monitor. I already have an amp for my coaxials so I don't need one with an internal amp. I also prefer to have one that DOESN'T play dvds. Any opinions?

Why would you prefer one that doesn't play dvd's? I could understand if you said you dont need it to play dvd's, but prefer it not to...?

If your not looking for one that plays DVDs, which personally, I thought was the main point of buying a flip out HU, then why not invest in a quality single din HU?

i think most flip out units these days come standard with dvd players
