ok in tampa, so where are there vacant areas inside or just outside of tampa where we can make a lot of noise. i mean we would probably have to be a good 1/4-1/2 mile or more away from people to keep them from b*tchin. im not familiar with a lot of tampa's areas, so who is? where are there vacant places?
