Yesterday marks the first time I have ever had midbass that could keep up with the subs...

Deadened the doors (1 layer Raamat, egg crate foam inside the door) on my Ranger and hooked 2 of the Dayton RS180's up to the Alpine MRV F545...

The midbass is still not as punchy as I'd like but it still is 1000x better than Ive ever had for midbass. I tell ya, makes the system sound VERY different. Hopefully the addition of an additional layer of deadener and a little modeling clay round the edges will make it better. Those little daytons really slam!
