First poast to #1000 gets.....

obviously YOU know jack shit...

that site is terrible, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif the guy who made that site lives in my city, he is nothing more than a weird candy raver who partied in the late 90's, he doesn't dj, he doesn't make music, and he doesn't get ANY recognition from anyone who matters in the electronic community. Its HIS very unrealistic opinion of how electronic music came about, and he was not around from the beginning to actually know shit. He sure seems to think he knows about everything, but really he is quiet confused, e bombs, ketamin, glow sticks and soothers can do that to a man.....

if you actually knew anything about the history of house and techno you would feel like a complete idiot of posting this guys site.....

tech house may be considered a genre now a days, but in the beginning, it was a style of mixing, guys who would mix anything that was in the realms of proper house and techno was considered a "tech house" dj. and this is information I acquired from guys like Evil eddy Richard, Chez Damier, Tyler Satdius, Jay tripwire, Jeff mills ect.....not some dolt who attended a few "raves" and made a web site. If you want a real history lesson, i suggest checking out those guys discography, the lesson is in there music....

1. tech house is a genre, you just said it yourself. that was my point.

2. that site isn't a 100% but its not far off.

3. I've only been around the old "scene" since 93' before it went to the clubs in 99' so I didn't experience the birth of house music but for someone who spun house music for 10+ years and is an accomplished promoter I did experience a bit of the evolution.

4. sorry, that was rude to call you a jack ***. you know your music if your referring to the main and not sub genres.

5. if you don't know about this site then you'll will now love me forever. http://ravearchive.com/
