Well I went to my first car audio show. I didn't compete because I got there late, but after seeing my scores, its a good thing I didn't. It was an excellent experience seeing all these brands people talk about all of the time, but I've only heard DC and AQ. First, my scores, this is terrible. My voltage is only like 13.4, on top of my 02 Camry is a huge car. My back seats fold down so I was guessing I'd hit 140 no problem. Well, no. Sealed at the dash with Air Forces, around 137.0 Da Blow was too quick to get a good reading, but I think I got like 136.5. Sealed with numerous tones, I can't remember the hz, around 42-46, 137.9 Termlab still at the dash, driver door opened, peaked at 38 hz (WTF?!) and hit a 138.7 So I can't see why my box, tuned at 36 hz peaked at 38, and I'm shocked I didn't hit 140 with my back seats folded down. It makes sense a little that the camry has a huge cabin but ****, it's a little depressing. On a side note, I got to see the 7th loudest in the US, forget his name, ran 2 DC lvl 18s? tuned to 63 hz with 2 massive stetsom amps hit a 162.3 sealed at the dash. I also met ngsm with his 05 I think RE XXX with Fi recones and sat in his truck, that was insane. He was only feeding each sub roughly 900 watts and hit 150 on music, it was incredible.
