Use 1 per 6" and wood glue instead of Liquid Nails.  I guess you had some spare 3/4" particle board or something.  I would suggest using 3/4" MDF.  The sub cutouts are good though.  Is the front baffle flush with the rest of the box?! It doesn't look like it.  Plan for it to be flush next time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
