I was tired of all the buzzes and rattles of my doors even after deadening. So I decided to try my hand at a pair of kick pods for my mids. This was my first time using fiberglass so I was a bit skeptical. Sorry for the crappy pics (cell phone). Kick panel molding removed and taped out First layer of glass/resin applied Finished mold Speaker ring attached Ring covered and resined. This material was a thin slightly stretchy synthetic that I hoped would work well. Unfortunately the material didnt stretch too well in all directions, which led to some problems later on. Some Bondo action More body filler/sanding
