The DC resistance of my FiQ 15 is 3 ohms per coil

Does anyone know why this is?

I ordered it as a dual 2 ohm, they don't even make a d4 version.

Re on the website is listed as 1.4ohms per coil

BTW, I emailed Scott, I just wanted to see if anyone else had any knowledge

chances are it's a dual 4ohms nominal, and 3 ohms dcr...chances are you also have that internal resistance of the meter (ussually between .4-.8ohms, touch testing leads together to check ur meters resistance) and after you take into account the internal resistance of the meter its probly 2.x ohms, which is normal for a dual 4ohm nominal sub.....probly just gotcha the wrong coils. RE did that to me on accident a few years ago and mine were reading about 3 ohms each and i was like wtf. but its realyl supposed to be a dual 4.

You know what

I have an AMM, currently

I'm not very familiar with it, I guess it has a knob on it for calibration

It's not calibrated

Hahaha, I guess I'm still a noobx
