good timing my friend. i have the same car. check out this build log for info - i can answer any of your questions. http://forum.sounddomain.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1369669&page=1#Post1369669 1. the clock uses a small incandescent bulb - which can burn out - but a loose wire is usually the culprit. "jiggle the handle" 2. SRS comes on anytime you disconnect a SRS item and turn the car on, or do it when you don't disconnect the battery negative. you need to have a dealer turn the light off. yes, it's annoying. 4. your speakers are too deep - you need to bring them out away from the door - some 3/4" closed cell weatherstripping foam between the speaker and the metal door will give you extra depth, create a seal, and reduce any buzzes. don't forget foam between the speaker and the plastic door panel grill 3. may be from wiring getting in the way of the window armature - or the passenger door wasn't properly assembled. is there any play in the window when it's part-way open? i.e. when the door panel was put on, it didn't correctly seat and isn't keeping the window glass off the metal door.
