Spent about 5 hours at the shop, got the first layer of the wall built, and the baffle- it's a 4" thick baffle for now, will be 5" when put in the car, and may go up to 6" after testing.
Box is about 13 ft^3, it'll go down to about 10-11 after we work the angles in the interior out. 1" MDF, all sides doubled up and, like I said, 4 layers on the baffle.
Friend of mine is building a truck, 1 DD 9917 and 4 AB VFL 150.1's (he's going to eventually add 4 more), and most likely 2 Batcap 8400's. We've been discussing trying a few different designs in our cars...my friend got in touch with the Saaristo (sp?) brothers from Team Loud in Finland (currently doing 174.x in Ex. 1) and they gave him some good tips and a few design tricks that we may be trying this summer...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
