So yesterday I was looking into finally getting a HO alt for my buick century. Someone brought up Ohio gen and so I gave them a ring. They built my alternator in only a few hours, which was enough time for me to make the hour and a half trip out to Louisville. Anyways, the alternator is a CS130, which fits directly were my current alt is. The specs from the test sheet are as follows: Max output: 200a Max out power: 2771 watts volt set point: 14.6v Leakage current: .87mA Ripple current: 26a Turn on speed: 2222 rpm Regulator activation: 876 rpm Secondary regulation: 14.7v Tach freq: 251Hz Stator voltage:.2 Output at RPM: 2400rpm-37a 3500rpm-137a 5000rpm-182a 6000rpm-195a 6500rpm-200a -Max Cost was decent, under 300 which was awesome considering my budget that I had set. Let me know what you think.
