I'm assuming i'm going to need at least a new battery. Is the cars electrical system going to be able to handle the system with just a battery upgrade or should I look at doing the big 3 and possibly a new alternator? I like to play it pretty loud and don't want to deal with dimming of the headlights at night.
Is the component set going to be able to keep up with the sub, or are the mids and highs going to sound drowned out? I've heard that most of you guys dislike rear fill, but is it going to be necessary to keep the mids and highs hearable? If so, will the rear fill speakers (will be rainbow slc coax's) be fine running off the head unit at such high volumes?
Will running a single 1/0 awg wire to the back and then through a distribution block forming 2 4 awg strands going to the amps be alright or should I run two separate 4 awg's to the back?
Should I run the ground wires comming out of the amps through a distribution block so that theres only 1 wire that has to be grounded to the chassis or will two wires be fine?
what size wire should I use to connect amp to sub and amp to the crossovers included in the rainbow comp set? Also, in the rainbow speaker setup, does it include wiring to go from the crossover to the speakers or do I supply that? If so, what size?
I would like to do an active setup, but this is my first real system and i don't feel like screwing anything up. Am I missing out on much by using the comps passively instead of making it an active setup?
Thanks in advance. If i think of anything else, i'll letcha know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
