ortiz will also win. Especially if the ultimate fighter 3 was any indication on their personal training habbits.

Shamrock was sooooooo laid back, and ortiz pushed all his guys hard. The only reason that the 4 for the finale weren't all his, was because ed Herman was so good in the first place.

somebody put up a link to the fights video please.if sylvia beat arlovski again he gets my fullest respect, for a tall stringy sack o beans hes got some balls and and the heart of a lion.and its a pity if shamrock didnt school ortiz woulda been nice? sure ortizes training regime is better, but no substitute for being a bad motha, if ken had beat tito, ther woulda been a 4, probably not gonna happen now:crap:

Ill be watching. Arlovski should win. He got over confident after he knocked Sylvia down and got hit. Ortiz should beat shamrock pretty easily too. It might last 2 rounds or into the third but if its decision it will be 30-27.
