It's called a "fist pack"... I made one a while back that I LOVE. I just took a hi-liter marker tube and roughed it up with some 80 grit. I then melted a bunch of hot glue stick and dunked the tube in the glue 4-5 times until it was on teh tube pretty thick. then kind of "passed over" it with a torch to soften it all up and just gently squeezed it with my right hand. then I filled the tube with JBweld.
