Fi SSD 15" with no SSF

I have a 15" SSD on it's way and am going to be powering it temporarily with a nine.2x. This amp doesn't have a SSF. The box is 4cf tuned to 35 Hz using a 6" flared aero. Do you think it will be safe running it without the SSF or should I tune lower(30-32Hz?)? I'll be buying some FMOD's 30 Hz SSF's in a few weeks or so.

youll be fine, i dont use a SSF on mine, its more of an idiot blocker, just use common sense, dont play 25hz notes on full volume and you'll be good

you could also go a litle lower on the SSF imo if your careful, 30hz just seems a little high to me
