FI SP4 15 or Phantom ps 12

Hey guys I'm finishing up my system and the last thing I need to decide between is subs. I can either get a fairly new FI sp4 15 from a buddy for 300$ or a brand new never powered Phantom ps 12 from a different guy. They will be going into a 99 silverado 3 door and powered by a Crescendo BC3500 (I do have the electrical upgrades). The benefit of the phantom is my box guy can build a seat lift so I can put it under the seat in my truck. I know these sub are in two completely different classes but my question is which would sound the best in my trucks cabin and what will give the best overall output. I listen to a lot of country and reggae music (like rebelution and oration), but I also want the sub to get down on rap and decaf music for demos. Not sure if a 15 inch sub would be to big for a extended cab truck and sound weird. Any info you guys could give me would be awesome, thanks ahead of time.

I've owned both sizes of the Phantom Soundz 12s and 15s I actually still have one 15 left brand new. The 12s are not OK lol just not what you would expect from medium grade woofer like my sa has almost identical output and it's a smaller class of a woofer like not cool in my book but sound quality wise there OK not no JL or anything but once again you know what I'm saying.
