Fi Q=oz Me?

My Q 15 gets loud and low but its not punchie i would go with a differebt driver if you like punchie bass. The q is good on rap and stuff depends on what music you listen to. I have also heard the ME and the IDMAX are pretty close in performance so just pick the one you like best there all good.

Rap is all I listen to with a little r&b....r&b sounds good when u got bang btw. GUess the Q would be a more suitable choice huh...

Well i have come to realize my camera sucks real bad at picking up flexing. The whole outside of the car acctually flexes haha. Also my rearview moves alot more than it looks, the back of the seats vibrate, and door handles go crazy on some notes. The place were im job shadowing has a term-lab but lost one of the pieces but i will find out what im hitting eventually. Bandpass is roughly 1.5 cubes in the back....3.5 up front with a 8x8 port 15.5 inches long.

that 12 does look impressive...how much power is the ME gettin? Also, what kinda car is that?

Like i said its a power acoustik a1000db at 2 ohms. So realistically im guessing 600-700 watts(i hope im getting atleast that).

Oh and its a 98 civic dx.

ok I was doin alot more research on the Q and think Im going to go with the ME because of the mixed reviews on the Q...I think im getting Q recommendations because of the boner but I may be wrong, either way I dont think I will go wrong.

but, my final question is if I were to get a 15in CVX and put it in a 3cf box and also do the same for the ME will I acually be able to hear the ME drop lower than the CVX? and also, the CVX will get louder than the ME but not drop as low correct?

I'd go with the ME over the CVX...no questions...

Have you considered a SI BM as well? While everybody's been trying to compare the Mag and the Q, the real comparison here is between the BM and the Q, they sound awfully **** close to each other.

yes...I was given a chart with the 12in. BM and the ME a while back from, i think someone from audiojunkies (he threw it in there because of the comparison also). The ME was just a better choice for me...I want a 15.

lol @ q averaging 5 db louder than me ftw. although that is ported, there was no sealed q testing done. to say it owned the me ported would be an understatement...

edit - wow i just noticed they tested the me with 500 watts? does it not like power ported?

uhh, ok. the 15 is not going to be ported and also heard from diff. people that listen to rap and would not rec. it. I think I would just prefer the ME.
