Fi q 10" defective on arrival

So I got my fi q and hooked it up to an mb quart pab 1200.1d....it makes a horrible rattle noise like tinsel slap but I played it free air, held the tinsels back, and it still made this horrible noise. Im sending it back but what do you think is wrong with it?

does the sub make the noise when you pick it up and shake it?

nope and the noise doesn't stop when you turn the whole sub upside down either

Who did you get it from. I am sure Scott would take care of it if that is the case.

Why does it matter, and what is the point of this post.

Just wondering... if it's brand new from Fi... it will certainly be taken care of.
