Thats just not totally true. a dd 95 is close to a btl.. it would be very instal dependant there...

x2 - I would bet that the BTL has much higher motor force than the 9500 as well. DD likely does have a lower MMS, though... so again it depends on the application.

no john deere for me man lol. I keep hearing about these BTLs and I was tempted to try one but I was curious what else sounded as good as a BTL.Some of the names you mentioned I have never heard before so I have to go off of the videos posted on youtube.The soundstream xxx look interesting and I like soundstream since I used them in the past with their spl170s.I will research a little more and maybe I'll buy one of the subs that look interesting and if it sounds nice I may switch my setup.
