Although, I cant disagree with our psychological basis of conceited views. What we, individually, want to do or think is most important, most of the time. But, I think nature is worth perserving, beyond its instrumental value to us. Whether we were created by chance, fate, or providence, nature is a lifefilled organism, as well as all of its components, its strives for survival just likes us, and I personally like the idea of preserving the being that gave me life, much like my parents.

Trust me my friend I know exactly what is happening to our climate and it is really disappointing.
On the other hand I also realize that China is messing up this planet 10x faster than the USA.
I am not tring to be a jerk either, but I come from a state where the "green" solution was to have everyone emission test their vehicles. The steel mills and refineries were free to pollute as they pleased.
It's about putting things in prospective. And right now our society is so bass akward that environmental issues have taken a back seat. Trust me if I ever come up with a viable green enegry solution to power all our toys I'll patent it and become richer than Bill gates and the late Steve jobs combined. I am not holding my breath though.

Well, its a pressing matter.. getting political envolvement may elicit private funded parties to find some bullshit research to base their arguements on, buts polictics will speed the process up, and make it an issue. Its not bad been mentioned once in these debates, I understand people are concerned about themselves and family primarily, but their wont be an environment to live off of soon enough .
